The Phinisi is a uniquely designed sailing vessel that has been built with great care to cater specifically to scuba divers. It features 7 cabins that were meticulously designed by divers to provide optimal comfort and functionality for up to 18 guests. All cabins are equipped with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms with hot water, towels, and ample storage space.
In addition to the cabins, the vessel also boasts sundeck lounges, indoor and outdoor dining areas that serve delicious buffet-style meals with options for vegetarian (further dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notification). Guests can also access the library, which contains a wide range of books on fish identification and fiction stories for leisure, as well as movies and games.
For diving enthusiasts, the Phinisi offers a large shaded dive deck, personal set-up area, storage space, rebreather support, nitrox refills, and rental diving equipment. A diving tender is also available. The diving sites visited include Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, and Richelieu Rock, as well as Koh Phi Phi, King Cruiser, Hin Muang, and Hin Daeng, which are among the top dive sites in Thailand’s southern region.
